My girls got bunk beds and that means that we freed up a room for their playroom! I couldn’t wait to make them a playroom and now they are old enough to get one! So A’s old space had to get a few updates to make it work. I also had to modify B’s room to be more of “their” room. I love projects and have a whole new list for 2012
This is our tree branch wall art. I wanted to put more pics of A in B’s room so I needed to add some pictures to her wall. I got this idea from a photog out in California, Bre Thurston. I can’t find the actual post she had originally posted, but credit goes to her
I took a branch that my B found on a walk with her daddy and I mounted it to the wall. I then used some raffia ribbon and hooks from Ikea and attached the photos. Of couse I had to rip the edges, because I love that look or torn photos in case you didn’t notice…

The rain gutter shelf! I made this a few years ago for my daughter. I found teh idea here. It only cost about $14, but you really need to install into a stud or use wall anchors. i did neither and the shelf came crashing out. It’s fixed now.

See that teal high chair? Me and the hubby made it. I found the plans for it here. Anna White is pretty much who I want to be when I grow up
Too bad I’m probably older than her
See the cute wall decal? It’s from Etsy, but the seller (who was from Michigan) is no longer in business. What a terrible loss that is.

My Ikea wall art display. I LOVE this and have wanted one since I first saw this idea. I never had the wall space, but now that the two beds are in one room I can proudly display the girls artwork! Love this

I got these little wooden peg family on etsy.com and I painted them to match the outfits we wore in 2010 when Mod4 did our family photos. I used teh 3D Ikea frame and glued the peg dolls to the bottom of the frame.
